The Construction Group (TCG) is a real estate developer with a legacy of building residential and commercial spaces rooted in trust, functionality, and long-term value. As the brand expanded across multiple projects and developments, it needed consistent and adaptable communication across its offerings and market segments.

Challenges

The requirement included evolving aspects of the brand identity, along with building consistency across multiple project launches, ensuring that each development could establish its own identity while remaining aligned with TCG’s brand value.

Our Strategy

The approach was to build a flexible brand language that could extend across multiple project launches while maintaining coherence. Each development was given its own identity through naming, project logo, visual expression, and messaging, shaped around its context and audience, while remaining connected to the larger TCG brand. This allowed individual projects to establish their presence, while collectively strengthening a more consistent and recognisable identity for TCG.

Solution

We worked with TCG across multiple aspects of brand and marketing communication, including the evolution of its logo and overall positioning. The engagement extended across more than 20 project launches, where we developed project names, identities, and positioning aligned to their respective target markets. This was supported by executing both above-the-line and below-the-line campaigns across print, outdoor, and on-ground communication. Through a combination of brand development and project-level communication, TCG was able to build a consistent yet adaptable presence across its portfolio.
