Ruby Hall Clinic

Founded in 1959, Ruby Hall Clinic stands for dependable and compassionate healthcare, built on a long-standing commitment to patient-centred care and medical excellence. As part of the Grant Medical Foundation, the institution has grown from a small nursing home into one of Pune’s most trusted multi-speciality healthcare networks, known for combining clinical expertise with advanced medical technology. Over a long-standing association of more than fifteen years, we have worked alongside Ruby Hall in shaping aspects of its brand communication, supporting the hospital as it continues to evolve while staying grounded in the values that have defined its reputation.

Challenges

As Ruby Hall approached its 50-year milestone, the institution sought to evolve its visual identity to reflect both its legacy and its continued growth. The existing logo represented an earlier phase of the hospital’s journey, and the milestone called for an identity that could strengthen recognition while expressing the trust and values associated with the Ruby Hall name.

A nationwide design bidding process was initiated, inviting multiple studios to propose a new identity that could represent the institution for the years ahead. Our proposal progressed through successive rounds of evaluation, ultimately being selected by the trustees as Ruby Hall’s new visual identity.

Our Strategy

The identity was conceived around a colour band that reflects the philosophy of care associated with Ruby Hall. Within this framework, we used a system that uses colour to express the values that define the institution’s approach to healthcare.

Red symbolises a one-stop, comprehensive healthcare solution, yellow reflects prosperity, green represents life, and blue stands for trust. Together, they form a distinctive visual language that keeps the identity recognisable while quietly communicating the values at the heart of Ruby Hall.

Solution

Following the adoption of the new logo, we continued to shape the hospital’s brand communication across campaigns and public outreach. This included communication around treatments, initiatives, and healthcare awareness across print, radio, and editorial platforms, alongside supporting in reputation management. This work has helped ensure that Ruby Hall’s messaging continues to reflect the trust and credibility associated with the institution.
